In light of the ECAA route for Turkish businesspeople coming to a close for first time applicants on 31 December 2020 and the highly specialised nature of these applications, One Pump Court has formed an expert team to respond to the large number of applications requiring grounds for administrative review and onward judicial review where necessary. Members of the One Pump Court ECAA team have been at the forefront of the major strategic challenges in this area over the last few years and therefore bring a vast amount of knowledge and experience to these cases.
