Prison Law

The Prison Law Team at One Pump Court represents prisoners in all aspects of Prison Law, including categorisation disputes, adjudications, parole hearings and judicial review. We accept instructions both through traditional methods from solicitors and through our innovative scheme where prisoners contact Chambers directly. Members also advise on appeal against conviction and/or sentence – please see the Crime Team page for more detail on this aspect of our practice.
