Savannah Sevenzo, Sarah-Jane Ewart and Ciara Moran successfully represented three defendants charged with criminal damage to a weapons manufacturer in Kent.

Following legal argument, the Judge allowed the defence of the protection of property to be left to the jury, and so the Defendants could rely on their motivations to prevent criminal damage and war crimes arising out of property damage in Gaza.

They were instructed by Peter Baker of ITN Solicitors, and acted alongside Audrey Cherryl Mogan and Lee Sergent of Garden Court.
