We are highly experienced in advising on the merits of an appeal and providing representation at all levels throughout the appeals process.
Our members have recently been involved in appeals challenging conspiracy convictions, homicide convictions, protest law, statutory interpretation, and sentences. We are available to be instructed through solicitors or via Direct Access.
