Members of One Pump Court are well equipped to advise and assist people in this field having undertaken work in a wide range of employment law matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, and whistle-blowing cases.  Members have the experience, skill and expertise to advise and represent parties on employment disputes before the Employment Tribunal and more senior courts, including the Employment Appeal Tribunal as well as providing advice at the early stages.
