Ian is a founder member of chambers and has been its Senior Clerk since its inception in 1978. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of chambers and has overall responsibility for the clerking team, the negotiation of fees, the clerking of all members of Chambers and the development of clerking procedures. He is dedicated to providing a professional and personal service to all clients of Chambers.

Ian is a member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks.

When not in chambers, Ian’s interests include watching all sports, especially rugby and spending time with all his family.
