The Undercover Policing Inquiry hears Opening Statements for Tranche 2 Phase 2

The Undercover Policing Inquiry heard Opening Statements this week for Tranche 2, Phase 2.

Hannah Webb represents the Hunt Saboteurs Association as Junior Counsel, led by Pete Weatherby of Garden Court North. She is instructed by Lydia Dagostino of Kellys Solicitors . The written Opening Statement can be found here.

Angelina Nicolaou and Natalie Csengeri are Junior Counsel for the non-state, non-police coordinating group, led by Kirsten Heaven of Garden Court, instructed by Lydia Dagostino. The written Opening Statement on behalf of the NPSCPs can be found here.

Both Opening Statements were delivered on 15 October and can be streamed on the Inquiry’s YouTube Page.
