Tabitha Everett’s client avoids immediate custody for possession with intent to supply, importation and offensive weapon offences

Tabitha Everett represented a vulnerable defendant who had pleaded guilty to PWITS Class A, PWITS Class B, possession of an offensive weapon and the importation of several kilograms of Cannabis into the UK.  Her client was sentenced to a Suspended Sentence Order following submissions pertaining to his impressionability and susceptibility to peer pressure as a result of his neurodivergence and complex background.
