Parosha Chandran to speak at OSCE Alliance Conference 2026, Vienna

Professor Parosha Chandran will be speaking at the OSCE Alliance Conference in Vienna this month (20-21 April, online and in person).

The conference will be tackling the complexities of human trafficking in forced criminality in all its forms, and the ways it affects victims of trafficking and the 57 Member States of the OSCE and beyond.

Parosha will be participating in the discussions that will be held there, speaking on the non-punishment of victims and giving her recommendations on what needs to be done during the final panel of the conference, “Charting the Way Forward” (Panel 3) on 21 April 2026.
