Parosha is a co-author of this comprehensive, free online course published by the Council of Europe.

It provides 13 hours of teaching and can be undertaken module by module whenever time permits. This updated version (2024) includes law, caselaw, international guidance and helpful commentary.

This free online HELP course looks at the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings. In addition to the criminalisation of trafficking, this Convention places positive obligations on states to put in place effective measures of prevention, protection, prosecution and international co-operation.
The course also explores the case law of the European Court of Human Rights as well as other international legal instruments and national good practices.
