ONE PUMP COURT RESPONDS TO THE GOVERNMENT’S CONSULTATION ON THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT

One Pump Court has submitted the attached response to the Government’s consultation on the Human Rights Act. The response observes generally that the proposals made by government would effectively reduce the rights of individuals, increase the power of the state to interfere with those rights, and reduce judicial supervision of that interference.
