Following a fact-finding hearing, the Upper Tribunal found that the Applicant was a child and that the Respondent was subject to the duties imposed by the Children Act 1989.
Following a grant of permission in the Administrative Court the UT following a fact finding hearing found that the Applicant was a child and that his JR succeeds and that the Respondent is subject to the duties imposed by the Children’s act 1989.
