Eleanor successfully represented the Appellant, a national of Nigeria, in his asylum and human rights appeal. This complex case related to the Appellant’s fear of persecution by his former employers: a Nigerian megachurch, as well as his right to private and family life.

The appeal was initially dismissed in the First-Tier Tribunal but this was successfully overturned in the Upper Tribunal and the appeal remitted to the First-Tier Tribunal.
