In this seminar Julia and Rachel will consider recent family law developments in the field of immigration law. They will examine the impact of the new protocol between the family and immigration courts and how it should be applied, as well as recent case law developments, including in forced marriage, trans-national adoption, and public/private law cases. They will provide procedural and practical tips on using evidence from family proceedings in immigration appeals and representations.
