Scott joined Chambers as Family Practice Manager in April 2000, having moved from 8 KBW (now 1 MCB). He began his clerking career in 1993 at 29 Bedford Row.

Scott has overall responsibility for the Family clerking team, overseeing client management, fee negotiations, and the clerking of all Family Team members.

He also manages the Court of Protection and Inquest Teams, coordinating complex casework, supporting members across multiple jurisdictions, and handling the administrative and strategic aspects of these highly specialised and sensitive areas of law.
