Emma Daykin and Eva Doerr instructed in judicial review against refusal to issue entry permit to extended family members of EU nationals

Emma Daykin and Eva Doerr are instructed in a number of judicial review applications challenging the Home Office refusal to grant extended family members of EU nationals a family permit to enter the United Kingdom after 30 June 2021, despite either winning their appeals or their applications being granted weeks or months earlier.  The claims argue that the Home Office have misunderstood the provisions that preserve EU law rights after Brexit or alternatively that the post 30 June 2021 regime is a breach of the Withdrawal Agreement, a breach of legitimate expectation and unfair.
