Alison Harvey joins One Pump Court’s Court of Protection Team

We are delighted to announce today that Alison Harvey has accepted an invitation to join our Court of Protection team

Called to the Bar in 1994 , Alison works across the Court of Protection’s jurisdiction, including welfare disputes, deprivations of liberty including s 21A challenges deputyship cases medical treatment cases and complex matters before the High Court including cases where the inherent jurisdiction has been. Alison has experience of committal proceedings arising from Court of Protection proceedings,

Alison is a specialist in matters of nationality immigration and asylum and advises on questions of nationality and immigration law across her caseload.
