Sarah-Jane Ewart successfully represented a protestor in an appeal against a conviction for wilfully obstructing a highway, arising out of a slow march protest for Just Stop Oil. SJ made proportionality arguments and submissions on the public interest. In the end the prosecution conceded the appeal.
