Experience

Yinka’s practice revolves around social welfare and human rights based areas of law. She has a particular interest in statutory homelessness appeals, issues relating to migrant welfare and asylum support and matters arising from community care provisions, including the Children Act 1989 and the Care Act 2014.

Yinka provides training on housing, asylum support and community law and undertakes pro bono work on request.
