Unanimous acquittal of client charged with GBH after less than an hour of deliberation

Meghan Curran’s client was charged with grievous bodily harm following an incident that took place in 2022. The Crown presented medical evidence of the grave nature of the injuries to the complainant.

Meghan successfully raised self-defence, and the jury unanimously acquitted her client after less than an hour of deliberation.
