Emma and Matthew will discuss recent cases, developments and best practice in applications under the Afghan Relocation and Assistance Policy (“ARAP”) and related applications for leave outside the rules (“LOTR”). Imogen will provide guidance on Rule 39 applications to the European Court of Human Rights, which are urgent interim measures applied only in limited situations, primarily where there is a threat to life within Article 2 ECHR or ill-treatment within Article 3 ECHR.
