Nicola is a hard-working, passionate defence barrister with an established practice in the Crown Court. She in instructed in all areas of criminal law, especially sexual offences, offences against the person, public order, and racially aggravated assault.
She has significant experience in representing young, vulnerable defendants, and clients with mental health problems. Her approachable and friendly manner ensures that she is particularly sensitive to the specific needs of her clients.
Nicola is also a trained mediator in civil and commercial law (LSM) and family law (ADR group), and she can offer solicitors and clients a calm, objective and reasoned approach to all manner of disputes, civil, commercial, neighbourhood, employment and family.
