Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process designed to make difficult decisions easier.

The mediator will meet with those involved in the dispute. They will help to identify all of the issues which need to be resolved, guide the parties through the options available to resolve them, and then work on building a consensus. Crucially, it is the individuals involved who arrive at the decision that best suits them. The decision is not imposed upon them.

At One Pump Court, our experienced mediators combine their knowledge and expertise as specialist barristers with empathy and care. The mediation process can be tailored to suit the clients’ particular needs. It can take place in person at our dedicated rooms in Chambers and/or online, whichever you prefer.

To instruct a mediator directly please contact our dispute resolution clerk, Scott Haley on 020 7842 7070 or email [email protected].
