Driving Offences

Members of One Pump Court’s Crime Team are highly experienced in representing individuals charged with driving offences in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts.

We acknowledge the serious implications that receiving points or a driving disqualification can have for some. Our members’ empathy, high-quality advocacy, and expert knowledge of law and procedure have led to favourable outcomes in cases involving special reasons, exceptional hardship, and more.

Members are available for instruction on a legally aided, privately paying, and Direct Access basis.
