Re JA (WLFC) [2022] DJ Hussain

I represented the father of one of four children in Care proceedings who sought to care for that child and one other. The LA sought a Child Arrangements Order (CAO), “live with”, to my client, in respect of his child and a Special Guardianship Order (SGO) in respect of the other child. The mother opposed this and there were several issues around contact that needed to be resolved.

• There was a 4-day hearing which led to an agreed order with CAOs in respect of both children living with my client.
• The Judge made CAOs “live with” to my client.
