Victoria Laughton successfully challenges Windrush Compensation Scheme, leading to a change in the Home Office Rules

The Home Office have amended the rules of the Windrush Compensation Scheme, following a challenge brought by an individual (‘Joel’) who argued that the rules were irrational, inconsistent and discriminatory.
