Successful appeal against sentence secured by Paramjit Ahluwalia

FH had been sentenced to conspiracy to defraud and conspiracy to transfer criminal property. On a technical and complex issue, the Court of Appeal agreed that the number of days spent in custody awaiting extradition back to the UK should be credited.
