Rwanda litigation: Claimant ASM granted permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal

Permission has been granted for Claimant “ASM” to appeal to the Court of Appeal following the judgment of the High Court on the legality of the Government’s proposed policy to send asylum seekers to Rwanda under the Migration and Economic Development Partnership (“MEDP”).

Angelina Nicolaou is a part of ASM’s legal team, led by Richard Drabble KC of Landmark Chambers and Leonie Hirst of Doughty Street Chambers. She is instructed by Jed Pennington of Wilson LLP Solicitors.
