Parosha Chandran to address the 47th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council

On Wednesday 30th June, Parosha Chandran will address the 47th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, as part of an expert roundtable on the critical issues concerning the non-punishment of victims of human trafficking.

Professor Chandran is a world-leading expert on the law relating to human trafficking for the United Nations, the Council of Europe and Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). She represents adult and child victims of modern slavery and human trafficking and has set critical legal trafficking precedents in the asylum, slavery, criminal non-punishment, civil and public law contexts.
