Paramjit Ahluwalia is part of a team of expert contributing authors to a groundbreaking book looking at legal issues concerning cases where women kill following domestic abuse and coercive control.

 

Paramjit Ahluwalia with Clare Wade KC and Harriet Wistrich provide insights in the chapter on ‘A practitioner’s guide to representing women who kill following domestic abuse.’

The team of authors was led by the Editor Rachel McPherson, a Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow. Other chapters include analysis of the case of Sally Challen by Evan Stark and a foreword by Vera Baird KC.
