Maria Liddiard secures unanimous acquittal for protest client charged with Public Nuisance in Worcester Crown Court.

The case involved a high-profile protest at Muller Dairies in Droitwich in September 2022, led by the activist group Animal Rebellion. The charge was brought under the recent statutory offence of intentionally or recklessly causing a public nuisance (section 78 Police Crime Sentencing and Courts Act 2022).
