Eleri Griffiths writes further commentary on Landlord Licensing in Wales.

In November 2020 Eleri Griffiths co-authored Part 1 of article on Jarvis v Evans [2020] EWCA Civ 854, a significant case for Welsh Housing Law. Part 2 of the article is now available at  J.H.L. 2021, 24(1), 9-12. In this part the authors consider technical issues arising in the judgment and its potential implications for collecting rent (For Part 1 see J.H.L. 2020, 23(6)).
