The Secretary of State has withdrawn her appeal in  R(ota K, a child by her litigation friend) v SSHD [2018] EWHC 1834 (Admin), a case in which our Alex Burrett successfully argued before the High Court that British Nationality legislation was discriminatory against children born to a British father whose mother is married to a person other than the child’s father at the time they are born.
