I represented the child by his Guardian in a final hearing in care proceedings where the LA alleged that the mother had maintained a relationship with the father despite his physical abuse of her. The mother denied this.

• The Judge found all the allegations proved and made a Care Order and Placement Order as the Guardian sought.
