Led by John Tughan KC, I represented a father in a fact-finding hearing where the intervenor (the father’s son) alleged that the father had sexually abused the father’s 3 daughters (the intervenor’s siblings). Voluminous police evidence including WhatsApps. The father also sought contact with his daughters which was opposed by the mother until the conclusion of the hearing.
