R (BG) v SSHD [2016] EWHC 786 (Admin) (12 April 2016)

The claimant, an Albanian national, challenged the SSHD’s decision that she did not meet the definition of a trafficking victim and her unlawful detention upon arrival in the UK and subsequently. The claimant also challenged her Dublin return to Italy given her individual circumstances and the conditions for asylum-seekers and potential victims of trafficking in Italy.
