Roshni is a specialist family law barrister. She accepts instructions in a wide range of family matters, including public law and complex private law children matters.

Prior to pupillage, Roshni worked at a leading London law firm, assisting with a busy caseload of public and private law children cases. Roshni worked on cases involving issues of domestic abuse, non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, parental alienation and FGM.

Alongside studying for the BPTC, Roshni volunteered for the Personal Support Unit charity (now ‘Support Through Court’), assisting litigants-in-person navigating civil and family law proceedings.
