Melanie practices in family law, covering all areas of law in respect of children. Melanie represents parents and children in complex cases dealing with sexual abuse, non-Āāaccidental injuries, serious neglect and parents suffering with addictions. Melanie has extensive experience in private law matters particularly when there are allegations of domestic abuse.
Melanie has a friendly empathetic approach with clients. Those facing court proceedings are often bewildered, frightened and vulnerable. Melanie believes in taking time to explain each stage of the proceedings and what is expected.

She is aĀ registered pupil Supervisor Trained Mediator, and undertakes Direct Access Work.
