Melanie has a friendly empathetic approach with clients. Those facing court proceedings are often bewildered, frightened and vulnerable. Melanie believes in taking time to explain each stage of the proceedings and what is expected.
Solicitors have praised Melanie’s ability to represent clients with learning difficulties and mental health issues. Melanie conducts seminars and training sessions for members of the legal profession and students. She is a registered pupil Supervisor Trained Mediator, and undertakes Direct Access Work.
