Civil Law

One Pump Court has a wide range of members who practice in a diverse range of Civil Law matters. This includes having expertise in more general common law matters such as contract and tort as well as specialist areas such as actions against the police and claims for unlawful detention. We offer an expert service to both publicly and privately funded clients and many members are willing to work on a conditional fee basis.

We work in accordance with Chambers’ ethos, with a special focus on helping our clients to challenge disadvantage and discrimination across all of our specialist areas of law.
